    How To Style

To begin, generously spray the roots of your hair with dry shampoo. My favorite is the Klorane Dry Shampoo because it contains oat milk and is made with good ingredients. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the oil, and then gently massage the scalp to work the product in and create some volume. Lightly spritz the hair with a texturizing spray if your hair is in need of some more texture and grittiness. I use Beauty For Real South Beach Spray. This style will be hard to achieve if the hair is too soft and slippery. Scrunch your strands, and flip your head over to create even more volume. Using a wide-toothed comb, as to not disturb the texture wave created, gently comb the hair straight back. Begin French braiding the hair at the crown of your head. Be careful not to pull too tight, as this will disturb the amount of volume at the roots. Alternatively, if you cannot French braid, place your hair in a high ponytail and secure with a clear elastic. Braid the hair as you regularly would. Finish the braid and secure with a clear elastic. Gently pull the braid apart to create more volume and texture. Twist the tail of the braid into a bun and secure with 2 Goody Spin Pins – one at the top of the bun and another at the bottom. These are some of the best tools Iâ??ve used for creating updos. You simply spin the pin into the bun, and it will hold your style all day. Pull the bun apart to make it look fuller. Play with it until you achieve the desired messy look. I also like to pull out some face-framing pieces to give more of a romantic feel to the hairstyle. If you have shorter hair and find that some pieces are falling out, feel free to use some bobby pins. Finish with a spritz of South Beach Spray to hold everything in place without damaging your hair like an aerosol hairspray can. I always keep this product on hand because it provides both texture and holds.

Achieve this hairstyle by using a 1′ 1/4 Babyliss curling iron. Section the hair off in 2 sections, horseshoe section on top to separate.
